- Function:
Provide exceptional customer service and knowledge to customers to meet their parts and service needs for outdoor power equipment.
- Responsiblilties:
Job responsibilities include helping walk-in customers with their parts and service needs, answering in-bound inquiries, providing service estimates, and working effectively with the shop to maintain high productivity.
- Qualifications:
3 or more years working in Parts & Service retail perferably in outdoor power equipment. Excellent customer interaction skills required as well as good working knowledge of computers.
